hey...im new here and this is my first post , right now i own a foreman 400 with tons of mods for mud and deep water, but im selling it and getting a 00-03 400ex. on my foreman i have a HMF pipe and its pretty loud but when i get the 400ex i want a loud pipe too. i was wondering if there is a pipe for the 400 ex that is louder than the HMF... i hear that the fmf powercore is pretty loud but im not sure if its louder than the HMF sport pipe... or is there another pipe that is louder??? basically what im trying to find out is... whats the loudest pipe for a 400ex, thanks

 

FMF Q2....that thing will straight up rattle your teeth out.

 

The BPE (black pipe) is the loudest pipe you can put on a quad. =]

 

Not to mention the racing aps they have developed. If they've finally got the bugs worked out, it should be the loudest and fasted 400 in your area.

 

I used to own an '01 400ex & I had a Walker Big Daddy pipe on mine. Get the blue painted one tho, the red is too quiet & restrictive.

 

Catterman, I had heard that Walker had turned their attention to the Chinese import quad market. As there is virtually no competition in that market now. Even heard of a few Banshee guys talking about making the change over to them if they're able to get the same results from the blue ones.

 

Thats a viscous rumor, the Walker Big Daddys are still the best & LOUDEST pipe for the 400ex hands down. I've seen a couple Banshees w/ them though too. However, if you can't get your facts straight, don't even comment on this serious topic.

 

I meant the Banshee guys were trading in the Banshee for the Chinese quads with the Walker system.

I mean, you got 1,306,313,812 Chinese people working on just a few quads. All that manpower is bound to turn out quality.
