2007 Rubicon

I was told they have power steering, is that true? What other changes for 07 did Honda make?

The only model with power steer that has been announced is the Foreman ES. I would not be surprised if it is offered as an option on rest of the Foreman, Rubicon, Rincon lineup in the near future. But nothing has been announced.
