I also think that is big bucks but thats what i want.I will find out tomorrow what i will be paying for it.My snowblower cost me 1000$ more then a crappy tire one but i defenitly do not regret it.Thats my point,i do agree that it should not be more then in the us but also do beleive that it does cost honda more to build the ruby then its competiters.

How can that be? The Rubicon you buy will come from the same factory that supplies the Americans buyers and they buy there's at the same price as any other 500 Utility.Do you think Honda sells the Rubicons at a loss it U.S.A and only makes a profit on them in Canada.Believe me if the Rubicon cost more to build Honda would have to sell it at a higher price than any other 500-600 Quade in the States also.

I`m sorry guys but if your ready to spend 10.000 on a ATV, go with the TRAXTER XT who also has a new auto tranny out or electric shift like the ES Honda, and you get a waren winch, Mud tire kit with rims and extra bumpers and good bumpers with it FREE! And it will rund at 95km`s/hr, it take a while to get there but it does. I`m not being biased because i have a 2000 grizzly but if i wanted geared machine i would get this. Right now i just like the pure power of the grizz.
I hate seeing people getting ripped off. Honda is great and all but add a winch and a mud tire kit and then it would be an ok price because these exsesories are worth 2000.00 to buy alone.
Come on HONDA!
Hope this helps.

The ruby in Canada is going to be very expensive simply because the demand will exceed the supply and will eventually drop in price as soon as all those people who can't wait to get there new toys have got them. Once the dealers are able to stock rubys I would think the price will drop by about $1000.

Stop complaining, because supply and demand is how it works and we cannot do anything about it. I would consider ourselves lucky because all other brand, big bore 4x4's are $800 to $1000 cheaper in Canada compared to the USA.
