Prox 350 for 250R

Prox 350 for 250R
I have an 87 250R and am looking to get a 350 kit for it. Where would the best place to look be? Would I need a cyl spacer? Also what size carb should I run??
One more thing would you suggest a tappered bearing carrier or a double bearing carrier?
