Default Honda Alarm box does it cause stalling?

I have 1994 Honda 300 TRX 4WD I would like to know if the alarm box beside the CDI box has anything to do with the ignition system or possible engine shutting down.I have a very weird problem with mine the engine shuts down when engine is warm in gear going slow or at idle on a slight grade or flat it just shuts down.It won't do it neutral,I have tried by-passing the kill-switch,neutral switch still the same thing.Another weird thing is that I had an horn wired into the accessory plug (since new) if i blew the horn while only in gear it would make the engine stall.?? The frustrating part is that it restarts right away.
I have replaced the CDI box & ignition coil, ran extra ground wires from bat. to engine case to coil/CDI
grd connection.I have just purchase the ignition pulser(pick-up coil / trigger) i'm tring that today.
Please any help would be greatly APPRECIATED.
THANK YOU.

umm, try having your battery tested. Maybe the horn is drawing too much power from your battery, causing the electronics to shut down and stall the engine? also, ignition coils can have issues when they get warm, the coil wiring opens up when the coil gets warm and breaks the connections, it will then start again when cool, also check your gas tank vent tube, if it's plugged the tank will build vacuum and not allow fuel to flow anymore, causing a stalling concern.
