Im looking for a set of 18's mounted on honda pattern wheels or unmounted. anyone need to get rid of some in the seattle area. (everett, lynwood, redmond, woodinville, bothell, etc..)

 

Are you looking for Monroe tires? Or ice racing tires?

I have a set of 18-9.5-8 tamers that are almost brand new. I they have been to Monroe 5 times or so. I would dump them off, beings I am done flat track racing.

 

how much you willing to let em go for? mounted or unmounted? also what did you ride out at monroe and were you there last season? my girl raced a white YFZ in the womens open and a black honda 330ex in the 250-350. #9. she raced a yellow 440ex before that. thats what I ride now and its a 460 stroker.

do you still go out and watch or anything?

 

I was out there some last season. A 450r #50. Karli used to race against my wife, in the 350 4 stroke class, 2 seasons ago. The tires are unmounted and fifty dollars would be fair. They are about 37 each new. If that is too steep let me know what you think. I want to go out there and watch. Still have alot of friends racing, but it will probably kill me to hang out and not race.

thats a 9.5 inch wide for an 8 inch wheel or is it 8 wide for a 9.5 wheel, someone told me that its 8 wide for a 9.5 wheel but that sounds really odd to me.

I might wait a while to buy em cuz this weekend someone might be bringing some 18's on honda wheels for me to try out and see how I like em before I buy some, right now im on some hoosiers (not sure what #). I like em alright but I have a tendency to spin out and I got a feeling turf tamers will help stop that plus I get out of the corner and spin like crazy, so might as well have some more power going to the ground instead.

 

She raced my yellow and red banshee in the womans class some. She had a yellow and red 300ex.

The tires are 18 high- 9.5 wide and for a 8 inch wheel. A wheel that is 8x8 is a good choice for that tire size.

 

do banshees do any good out there, seems like they are meant for hossin through the sand.
anyways Ill look at some wheel prices and see what I think, hopefully my tires will be there tonight for me to test out, and hopefully I like em. its gonna suck that Ill possibly end up with a good tire for me for the 2nd to last race. oh well, maybe Ill be there next season. you going out there and watching tonight? ill take your bike around the track if you need me to! lol

I cant wait to get my 450, me and karlie give each other crap all the time cuz she rides yamaha and Im all for honda. well, gotta go get stuff together for tonight but Ill let you know what I think after tonight(hopefully)
