Little Background, rev limiter change, FMF pipe, k&n filter. Engines using a little oil, rings valve's, who knows. Thinking of just buying a big bore kit and putting this on. My question to you is this - Has anyone done this? What mods need to be done to the case if any? Cams, does this need to be changed? What problems if any have you came across with this install that I could avoid. Thanks for any info you'll be able to give me. Thanks, again.

First off all you need to do is bore your cylinder 80 over, then your displacement would be a 416EX. With that get a 11:1 compression piston and if you get it from GT Thunder they specially make it so you don't have to use race gas. Then you would need to get a cam like one from GT Thunder, it is one of the best on the market. Last you could do some porting which is pretty cheap,. You could do the work yourself if you had a 400EX service book. With these mods, your bike would feel completely different, almost like a two-stroke. GT Thunders # is (330)674-7122 just give them a call and ask the same questions.

Prices:

Bore-$35
Piston-$100
Cam-$150
Porting-$50
