So far you have these mods correct?
450r shocks, quad tech hood, flex handlebars, hmf pipe
Next you need to decide what you want your quad to do.... Drag racing, Mx style riding, Woods, Dunes, Stunts.
Suspension/Handling will by far be the most expensive. You can drop 2 grand on a good suspension setup easy. But the going consensis is that hondas arnt lacking in suspension, they are lacking in power. This is just from my experience so no one better bash me. You can go with aftermarket shocks, extended axle and a-arms.
Acceleration/Quickness - You already have a pipe so the next step would be a port and polish or a bigger carb. Im assuming you already have an aftermarket air filter. If traction is a problem you can always invest in some tires as well.
Speed/Topend - Now your getting into boring out your motor or puttnig in a stroker crank. Incase you dont know what it is a stroker is a crank that alows the piston to move up and down anywhere from 4mm-10mm further which produces more power and calls for higher compression. You also could go with a milled head which also raises compression. You can always change sprockets to mess with your gearing as well.
Hope this was helpful but we will need more info to help you make a decision that will make you happy.
