I don't own either but have ridden both...
The Rincon will be much more plush, it has slightly more ground clearance, and you will likely find you need to lean your body a bit more on fast sweepers. The Rubicon will provide better engine braking at speeds below about 5. On steep technical decents you would have to use the Rincon's brakes. People who haven't ridden one bash the Rincon for that, but people who have owned one or people who have ridden one enough to get a feel for it rarely see having to use the brakes as an issue.
You will also notice the Rincon shifting like the automatic on a car or truck, where the Rubicon's gear ratio will vary without "shifting" when in auto mode.
If I were going to be plowing or towing most of the time, or exclusively riding on super-steep rock crawling I'd opt for the Rubicon. If you are doing some work but mainly recreational trail riding, with occasional super-steep technical stuff the Rincon would be my choice. It will fly over rough trails with comfort and control that SRA can't match.
I hope to snag me a Rincon this spring, myself, but that's just me. Pick the one that matches your riding, style and priorities.

JeffinTD hit it dead on. You really can't add anything. They both do what they were intended for really well.
My dream quad would be the Rincon with V twin power.

Me thinks a person would miss many good years of riding if you waited to buy a quad until Honda built one, though...

what they said is very good info.. but what will you use it for? why are you torn.?
i kow that i HAD a honda with the solid rear axle and now i have an AC 500 with IRS and will never own a solid rear axle quad again. it's a world of diferance.
but that is just me.
what will you be usin it for?

I have a 06 Rubicon, never have ridden a Rincon but did alot of research between the two. For me the Rubicon was the pick choice. It all depends on your needs. I prefered the Ruby cause I think it is more of a work horse the the Rincon. Having more gears to play with makes it easier for plowing my food plots, spraying and fertlizing. And it really is no slouch in the woods either. I have about 900 miles on it and it has broke in rather nicely. Puts out plenty of power to haul *** through the woods.
