I started up my 300 ex today and started to see smoke coming from the airbox then my forwheeler killed itself but when it did it made alot of clanging and clunking noises when it stopped. i was wondering if anybody thinks that its the intake valve. also whats the easyeast way to remove the engine from the fourwheeler. TAKE OFF THE SEAT AND THE TANK AND PULL OF THE VALVE COVER AND CHECK THE CLEARENCE OF THE VALVES

 

Is there oil in it?

 

my dad actualy started up the 300 ex up and when he drove it out of the garage it ran correctly so i guess it is fixed now and the engine even runs correctly and doesnt smoke out of the intake. i also checked the oil and its full so i guess it was a teporary problem.
