Does anyone know of any articles about modifying a 400EX for MX? Especially a-arms and shocks.

Or does anyone have any suggestions? I have Laeger +2" a-arms on my 400EX, and don't know about shocks. What about PEP Standard Race fronts, TCS, Ohlins and Works A-T Steelers? How do these compare to each other? Which would be best for about a "B Class" rider? I wouldn't need anything greatly elaborate, but would like the best set of shocks I can get for the money. Some that will be okay for me know, and will still be okay as my skill increases.

Ok, I will be the first to reply I guess. I am thinking that alittle down the road I will be purchasing a 2+2" a-arm and shocks combo. I am not decided on anything yet, But I am thinking about getting the same type of a-arms you have, and the works tripple rate shocks with res. I have heard they are greaat for racing through the woods and also jumping which happens to be my 2 favorite things to do. Sorry I don't already have them to let you know how i think of them.
