what does top end or bottom end mean

do you mean on the block of the engine or the top or bottom end power

Default Hi new and stupid ?
Top End= Cylinder(Jug), Head(Cam, lifters, and Valves), Valve Cover. Bottom End= Cranckcase, Crankshaft, Piston Rod, and tranny! That is just a general description!

They also talk about top end power or bottom end power which one do you need

top end power is like your quickness like the get up and go acceleration but bottom end is like more torque for 4X4's and stuff like that

Ok tks alot I dont know alot about this stuff but soon I will if I keep watching this forum.tks again I aprresiate the awnsers

No I was just reading some forums about it and dint know what they were talking about tks again.
