Default Carb. question

Has'nt run right since I bougth it new.

The Honda service dept. has rebuilt it once and I have rebuilt it once and the carb. still is not right.

When it's below freezing you have to pull the air breather off and choke the carb. manually with your hand and now when it warms up it spits sputters and dies like it is out of fuel. Push the primmer a few times and choke it and it might crank or just let it cool down and it will crank. Took the top of the air box off because I smelled fuel and it is running out of the back of the carb. and into the air box through the breather.

My question is should I try to fix again or replace with a new stock carb. or should I replace with an aftermarket carb. and where do I get one?

I use this atv nearly everyday in my work, I am a gundog trainer and it is used hauling equipment or pulling a trailer with dogs and equipment . It never see's wide open throttle and is seldom ever driven over 15 mph so what I am looking for is low to mid range performance.

Thanks
