What kind of land do you ride on?
If you ride on mostly:
dry land-holeshots
mud and somedryland-bandits
sand, mud, and snow-pure sport realitors
a little of everything-fast treckers
I would reccomend the realitors, they are awesome, and also the fast treckers, but that is just for my type of riding. Also, the fast treckers are one of the cheapest tire out there, i think they are 35 bucks for each rear, not too bad. (these were all rear tires by the way thqat i was talking about)

I had 2 or 3 sets of Holeshots on my former Warrior but have Bandits on my 400EX. Holeshots are awesome tires until they start wearing and spinning which if you ride a lot, does not take long. On the other hand I have had the Bandits in and on every type of terrain and they are great for everything. The only place they have slowed me down is hitting muddy spots on a track. The traction is so good that I dug in too much and lost a few seconds. But for trails, climbing hills and pulling through mud they are fantastic. I have over 700 miles on mine and they are not showing much wear. I love the 22" size for giving me more ground clearance and I dropped down to a 14 tooth sprocket to make the gearing just right for the tire size change and the type riding I do. Oh, another good thing. The Bandits still slide corners and carve those tight woods trails as good or better than Holeshots. The front tires will go exactly where you point them so just make sure it isn't toward a tree

My only experience has been with Holeshots and Bandits aside from the Warrior stock tires and I ran the front EX stock tires one weekend. I knew the stock rears wouldn't work for me with the rutted hill climbs, boulder mine fields, massive roots and other obstacles we encounter. In fact even with the 22" tires and my after market Armadillo rear skid plate I still hung up on some rutted hills when I was at the steepest part. That was with full throttle and giving it some rocking motion. The skid plate caused me to lose a small amount of the ground clearance I gained with the tires but was necessary for some of our very rocky riding areas. Another impressive feature of the XCT Holeshots and the XC Bandits is puncture resistance. My friend got some of the less expensive Bandits with less ply and has done quite a bit of patching. I had no punctures with any of my Holeshots and none so far with these steel belted Bandits. It is worth it to go with the highest quality tire if you can afford them. Good luck with whatever you get. Angelon400ex
