I was wondering what some are the mods i could do to my '87 250X. I don't want to spend very much or even nothing. I have a pipe and scilencer. I ride in a lot of woods and mud so not into airbox mods.

make sure you jet it correctly, a new cam can give it more power.

High Compression piston and Cam will add some.

Running without an Airbox lid isn't bad. You get a couple rocks in there, Thats why i put the piece of screen of over my lid, it works great so far!
