Track question for 450er

I would say get both at the same time. I'd say get the Houser +2 A-arms, and the fox shocks. That's what I plan on doing at least. Then you know the two will match up correctly. You'd also have to get longer brake lines.

Yea make sure you get the long travel there are many companies out there depending on how serious you want to go there are many setups...Here are a few a arms companies: Lonestar racing, Houser, Roll Design, JD performance, Walsh, Gibson and here are some shocks: PEP, Elka, Ohlins, Fox...Just to name a few...You could adjust the stock shocks to see if you want to go into racing and if you like it before you go spending alot and make sure you have the right equipment to ride on the track(killswitch,nerfs,protection) and I would also recommend regearing the bike to get out of the corners and some new tires to hook up on the track better.
