i can not locate the vin number on this quad i need help finding this number to apply for a lost title.

Did you check the side of the steering stem below the handle bars?

The serial number is stamped in the frame .. Between the A arm mounts

Look just in front of the left rear wheel. There is a tab on the frame tube going from the foot peg to the rear of the seat.
