So I got the front end torn completely apart, I'm bidding on an axle on ebay, I'll have honda pressing new lower balljoints and bearings so I can slap the knuckle back on and be done. What size tires do you recommend? Factory size is front-24x8-11, rear is 24x10-11. Can I get by w/ 25's and not loose too much power? Any recommendations on where to buy cheap pull-off's ? Thanks for all the help. It should be done next week!

Still looking for tires for this thing...The rear has had 24x10-11 for many years,
I would like to step up to 25 or 26, my only concern is that there is very little clearance between the muffler and the tire itself...like 1/2 inch or less. Should I go a size skinnier? Would 26" be unreasonable?? How accurate are the tire widths as advertised?

you can measure the width with a tape measure, but they're usualy pretty accurate. If you put bigger tires on it and it rubbed the exhaust the you could get some wheel spacers for the front and back, it will make it a little wider but nothing will rub(i din't hink so anyway), and the atv will be more stable.
