I am new to the forum. I have a problem with my 185 and I was hoping you guys can help me with it.

2 weeks ago I bought a pickup load of stuff to part out. There were 2 1983 185's . 1 complete less plasics , and another not as complete. and A frame and parts of 1985 200x.

I was putting eveything in the garage and thought I would pull on the 185. It started and ran pretty good !!
Knowing that it had to have old bad gas in it. I drained the tank and took the carb off to clean it out. now I can't get it to run ! I have bits and pieces of 3 more carbs but they have a larger slide. I have tried them all.

Now I get to hear the wife tell me "IF IT RUNS, LEAVE IT ALONE" again.

Can you help me?
