What atv's used an 8 in. dia rim with a 4x110 bolt pattern ? I have an excellent set of snow tires that are 22X12-8 on the 3 bolt hole split rim pattern and would like to mount them on a 250ex which has the 4X110-9

Any machine shop with half a decent setup can drill those holes to match your hubs and be dead center. Just carry your wheels and one of your hubs to the shop and see about having them drilled. Unless you plan to race motocross (which is unlikely with snow tires), the extra holes will not weaken your wheels enough to make it not worthwhile for what you are using them for.

Another option is a new set of ITP steels. You can get a set of 8s for under 65 bucks nearly anywhere.

 

I would rather go with the itp's because these are the old split rims and they look like swiss cheese already.

I believe if you go to motosportalloy.com they have a page somewhere that has all the bolt patterns for most wheelers. You can find out which ATV's use this bolt pattern.
