Default Camber and toe out

Does anyone know why my Foreman has positive camber and is toed out? I sort of understand why the positive camber but why the toed out condition? Thanks

Default Camber and toe out

Spec for the 4x4 500 is toed out 30mm + or - 15mm, as measured at the surface of the tread, but for 2WD it's 1mm + or - 15mm... so I presume it has something to do with how 4x4 torque loads deflect the tire.

Also from eyeballing the geometry of the suspension and tie rods, I'd guess they would toe in slightly as the suspension compresses...
