The "D" is the designates it as a "Foreman" the TRX 350D has a little more output at the alt, has a fuel guage(led's on the right front fender), front and rear racks were standard, Three head lights the upper head light is removeable. The tires are also different.
The TRX 350 has the same engine and frame.
