I'VE ASKED THE SAME QUESTION ON THIS SITE AND EVERYONE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO BYPASS IT AND IT IS EXTREAMLY EASY TO BLOW UP YOUR ENGINE BECAUSE THE REV LIMITER IS SET AT THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF RPM'S THAT YOUR MOTOR CAN TAKE!

that is a load of B. S. White brothers makes a kit for 400ex that increases it from 9300 to 10300 so that proves how much that other guy knows . in the January dirtwheels mag there was a 300ex rev limiter thing on a 330ex (I think it was dirtwheels)

I sent mine to TC and they modified it and sent it back to me. At that time it was an unlimited rev. They did say they were working on a way to just up the rpm limit to a specific rpm but I do not know if they have that yet.
This was about a year ago.
I had no problems with it, but have since sold the 300ex and went with the 400ex..

I rode dirt bikes withou revlimiters. Never blew on up due to overrevving. The rev limiter is a way for Manufacturers to decrease their liability and to ensure fewer warranty problems. If you cant feel when to shift in the lower gears then get a Polaris. as far as upper gears good luck trying too rev it out.
