I have a 08 rancher M/T so i can't help you on the angle sensor. I think Honda makes some tough 4wheelers. Just take care of it and it will take care you. I see alot of people on here that use different oils. I just stick with the Honda GN4. Works fine with me. Are the tires bigger or the rims?

Out of the factory the front has a 12 inch tall rim and the rear has an 11 inch rim. 24-8-12 front, 24-10-11 rear. Most people will ditch the 11 inch rim when its time to change tires and go with 25-8-12 front and 25-10-12 on the rear. This is the most common size tire on ATVs.

I have a 2005 rancher at, the angle sensor is on the right side. There is a cover on the side of the motor you have to take off.
I put high temp. silicone aroung it. There is a o-ring, thats inside. If you look at the forums that I have posted you will see a pic. of the angle sensor.
I have some problems with my tranny , trying to get it figured out.
