i have a 2001 400ex and i went riding this weekend and i heard some grinding sound on my swingarm so i got off and i looked and the chain guid/ slider whatever you wanna call it... i goes below the chain and on the skid plate if so were can i get another one or how can i make one??

These are disposable items, that need to be replaced now and then. I have an 00, and have only had to change mine out once.

 

were did u get urs to change it out??
