2008 honda rubicon accessories
#1
Hello all....I just purchased a new rubi 08 for myself and a rancher 08 for my wife. We would like to put some bighorn radials on both of them but i dont know what size i can put on them without them rubbing. If anyone has any feedback I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I live in south florida and am looking for some places to ride but they are few and far between. If anyone knows of places to go around Ft. Lauderdale area or within an hour of it please let me know. Thank you so much for any information y'all can give me.....happy trails!!!

Here are a couple of great sites that might help you.

www.rockymountainatv.com
I think when you chose the tires...it will only show you what will fit on the quad.
Hope this helps.

I have 26x10x12 mudlite fronts and 26x12x12 rears on my 350 rancher. You can run up to 27x10x12 on all four corners on the 420 rancher with no problem, it will turn them.
You want to see what the 420 ranchers can really do? Head over to the highlifter.com forums and check out the honda section. Some people are spinning 29.5 outlaws in peanut butter mud.

I love this site....I have all the tires on order from rockymntatv. We are going riding in big cypress in south florida (735,000 acre preserve). When I get pics and/video i'll post it. The new 420 rancher has some crazy power compared to my friends older rancher. I have had some slight problems with my rubi stalling on me on idle so, i'm going to turn up the idle about 1/2 a turn to see if it fixes it. Are there any common problems with these quads that people are seeing on a consistent basis? IMHO Honda is damn near bullet proof! Thanks again for all the help!!

yeah i would have to say honda is bulletproof. mine has cut off underwater a few times already. pulled the ole spark plug out and got the water out and she ran fine then. right now i have 27's on mine and they turn fine. i do know a guy who had 29.5 on his rubi and with very minor trimming and they turned just fine.
