Alright, so I just bought an 02' 400ex. It's all stock except for the rear tires(razr). What should I invest in getting first? Help me out a little. I want to be able to keep up with a 99' KDX200 if possible.

 

Before I ever do any performance mods, I get nerf bars, full chassis and swingarm skid plates, and a bumper.....then rims and tires.

It isn't probably worth dumping a bunch of money in an old 02 engine, but the basic performance mods like opening up the airbox, a UNI air filter, a header and muffler and of course a rejet will perk up the performance.

 

What pipe would be best to put on it? I don't want it too loud to where I'm getting kicked out of everywhere I go. I already have the jet kit, the guy I bought the 400 from had it, but never got around to putting it in, so I'll do that this week.
