I'm about to purchase the 25" terra cross and I'd like to put them on some itp delta rims. My concern is wether or not the aftermarket rims and tires will stickout from under the fenders. I would prefer to not have that happen as I'd like to keep the mud under the atv and not on me. I think this is what is meant by "offset". I may be wrong. Has anyone used this combo or similar on a 420? Thanks for any advice.

i think the people that can answer this will need to know the size of the rim and tire first. your tire is 25" tall but how wide is it
My intentions were to use the 8" rim. The OEM rims are 8" rims. Howerver, I didn't know if there was another factor that should be considered, i.e. design of the aftermarket rims. I don't know if this is considered "offset" or not.
Jrafter, what tires do have on your deltas. I was looking today and saw that the delta rims only come in 12/7. I thought they came in 8" rims as well. I wanted to buy the terra cross tires, but I they only come in an 8" width. So, now I have to determine what tires to buy if I buy these rims.

Hey VooDoo01, I got your pm.
Here is my setup. I got the 25 inch Maxis Big Horns on ITP 12 inch alloy wheels. I ordered them from Rocky Mountain ATV, and this is how they came packaged:

Here you can see what they look like from the rear of the quad:

This tires have been the absolute best thing that I could have done. We went to Hatfield McCoy and Wagon Wheel two weeks ago, and I felt like I was riding on rails on those mountain trails. It was fantastic.
