You like loud exhausts, right?
I agree with others, loud pipes won't increase your power, necessarily.
Honestly, the only thing you can do to increase the torque you need to turn your tires at low rpms is increase displacement, as with a Powroll bore-and-stroke kit; unfortunately, an expensive proposition.
Air filters, jets, even cams won't get you where you want to be.

I'm your man. I've got a 99 Honda 300 4x4 with 26x12x12 vamps, and 25x9.5x12 vamps, and at first, it wouldn't even turn them over in first gear in the mud. I bought a lift kit, and high performance power kit from high lifter, and WOOOOOWWWW!!! It'll throw mud out the back like a roost from a banshee in the sand! As long as i don't get bottomed out(straight rear axle....ugh), i can go through more mud than a polaris sportsman 500 with 26 inch mud runners! Now thats power for a 300! I would definitly reccomend the kit from high lifter. And the price for the lift kit, and the performance kit total for me was about $480. Good Luck!
