what size jet did you settle on and how many discs are you running.

I have another question concerning the Highlifter kit for the Rancher. How much louder is the IDS exhaust than stock (10%, 20%, etc)?

The more discs you have the louder it is and the more power it yeilds. So of course I used all of them. There are many variables when jetting. At my elevation and with my custom snorkel I used the DynoJet 124. Please note that jetting is not something you can through in there and it will work. You will need to see which jets work for you. The IDS is louder than stock. Cant really say how much since it is such a different tone.
