hey can any one answer this ? for me please? should the alternator rotor on a1987 trx 250 fourtrax be smooth like a brake drum or is it supposed to have spots or grooves in it that look like the coils on the stator assembly thanks Jerry

 

The flywheel should be smooth inside

 

you wouldn't know where I could get a good picture of one?

 

I just this flywheel picture it is a TRX250 but the ATC250 has the same one ..
