Default Some upgrades, worth it?

Hey guys,
I found a cheap Big gun rev box for my 250EX, EBC clutch kit, dynojet jet kit and a uni air filter. Are these upgrades worth putting in? I'm looking for some more power out it. Just need that little more to turn the tires. Thanks in advance!

You will notice a difference. Will it become some fire breathing dragon....no. Also, keep in mind that you have limited suspension, so going really fast will just make you outride your suspension.

And, get rid of the crappy stock tires if you still have them.

Vent the airbox lid as well. I use those UNI round 1" vents. But not to many....the little 250 can only handle so much air....

It's not so much of going really fast. If I wanted that I would just upgrade(which will be someday). I just need some more power out of. Don't worry, the stock tires are gone. I will also pick up some round vents. I have the jet kit and rev box on the way, Pipe and air filter will follow and the clutch will be very last. Thank you for the advice!

Just noticed that you name is "mudrunner". If you are in the wet a lot, you might want to rethink the vented airbox lid. In that case, cut the end off your snorkle, which is currently about the size of a quarter.....

I'm in the mud, but I've never had it over the tires. Being it's only 2WD it doesn't go through the slope very well. I think the vented air box lid will be ok, I'll just have to remember it when I'm playing in the goo!

What kind of pipe and jet kit did you go with? Where'd you buy it from? Thanks Don

I went with the Curtis sparks pipe(still waiting for it, they are on back order through the manufacture) and a DynoJet jet kit. I got the jet kit from eBay and the pipe from WorldWide Performance Parts
