I can't believe no one asked how much they are wanting to spend....

How much riding will you be doing?

How much riding have you done?

Do you prefer SolidRear Axles or Idependent Rear Axles?

I have the Rancher, I love it, My wife loves it and my son really loves it. Its an excellent machine. Never let me down yet. Excellent gas mileage, fun, comfy, efi, etc. I tested it in all conditions to name in Newfoudland and had never let me down. I'd strongly recommend you at least take a look at this machine

We have a Rancher and a Foreman and both are 4X4. I like them both. The Rancher is very snappy and handles like a dream but the Foreman has more power. The Rancher will take the tight trails better and I think it will have plenty of power for you. We recently had a minor flood in our area where in places the water was over 3 feet on the roads. I ended up pulling an early eighties model pickup truck out of the water and then on to his house which was about 4 miles from the stall point. My Rancher had no problems with the task.

fyi, the rincon can be had with a fully automatic trans and electronic shift. at least my buddy's '06 model has both. on his, you just flip a switch and do the shifting yourself. I also agree on not getting the gps on one. it sucks!

All the Rincons are set up like that. They can run in full auto mode, or you can flip a switch and tell it when to shift with up and down buttons.

I should have also mentioned that although the Rubicon's transmission is a continually variable hydrostat, it can be put in a manual shift mode where you can shift between 5 preset ratios with up and down buttons.
