so i'm gonna but an air breather/box, a pipe and a jet kit on my 08trx450er and don't know what kind to get. i wanna be able to fly but also have it run go at low speeds. any knowledge would be great. thanks

 

Shop around and find a good deal. Ol' reconranger will tell you HRC kit. It includes filter, cam, and new cap for exhaust I think. My bro got a yoshimura trc comp or something, sounds good and really improves thru all power band got it on sale at www.denniskirk.com.

 

The HRC kit will net you mostly mid and high end....you will get a lot of bang for your buck! I then did an EHS Racing airbox lid, ProDesign (ProFlow) foam air filter, plus an FMF PowerBomb header and Factory 4 muffler. For more low end, I went down a tooth on the front sprocket.
