I may be coming into 600 bucks this weekend, and am planning on buying a uni filter, and a DMC Full System. What kind of perfomance gain should I expect when properly jetted, and where will this gain be at in the powerband? Also, any jetting tips would be apriciated for this setup. I plan to run without an air-box lid.

I ride in VERY dusty conditions, and my properly lubed K&N trashed my top-end. I think I will take a miniscule power difference over ate-up rings.

If you dont mind the the extra maintnance the k&n is better for performance but I dont think they stop as much dirt as a foam filter.
