1987 TRX125 - front end questions
My sons recently acquired a well used 87 TRX125 (Fourtrax).
A prior driver hit something hard enough to bend the front axle and tire rim.
We did find a replacement axle rather than trying to straighten the bent one.
Questions:
How easy is it to correct a flat spot in a rim that causes the tire to hop?
Or am I better off just finding a replacement wheel?
What is the secret to removing the long bolt that holds the front brake assembly to the axle? The bolt turns freely but doesn't seem to want to come out.
Thanks for any help!

The rims are almost impossible to get true once they get bent bad enough to wheel hop ..
The bolt is the kingpin , the knuckle turning back & forth will wear a burr on it then it will have to be driven out and a new one installed along with new bushings in the knuckles ..
