ok thanks guys. So a 426 kit sounds the best way to go to me so thank you all. I have one more question where can i get a 426cc kit for a good price.

 

O and for a 426 kit is a new cam needed. I would get a Hot cam stage 2 most likly but i was just wondering if u need one.

 

i got mine at the local shop , ive seen them on ebay for under 100 , but i didnt know the brand , ive always bought wisco , i dind change the cam , but that may help more

 

you didnt change the cam how does it run? Yeah iall my bore i always use weisco also so ill look for that so under a hundered for the piston git and gaskets then i just heave to get the jugs bored out .

 

the one under 100 was not wisco , i saw them on there for bout 140 , mine show on reciept that it should cost 204 , but i got it for 160, my jug was suspossed to b done 3 days ago , but its not , i hope to put it together tommorrow night

 

How much did it cost to have the juggs bore out? and where did u bring hthem or send them to?

 

the shop where i took it sent it out to a local machine shop for 60$ , the honda shop was going to charge me 100$ , thats an average price in middle tn

Look on eBay for a cam but they are probably around $125 OR SO.
