(Last off topic post I promise)
I'm not saying they are good or bad. (K&N not hookers) My thing is I usually take the advise of others on things I can't/havn't experienced for myself but, the K&N debate does not have a clear winning side. So I'm going to find out for myself. The first time I see signs of it letting crud through I'll post it here with pics and warn others but, until I have proof for myself that a properly maintained K&N will let junk through I can't say yeh or neh.

In attempt to get this on topic in the slightest way if this 400 had a K&N that was not properly maintained it will have a lethal effect on the bike where as a non-maintained foam may not be has harsh.
