Cobra pipe for a 400ex?

Im looking for a pipe for my 400ex, I dont have much money to spend on it, and I noticed that the cobra pipe is only $114 with headpipe and I also like the sound of them. I was wondering how much more H.P. will be produced with this pipe, and what should I re-jet my carb at.

they add lil or less horse power , they are loud and thats about all there good for.

they are the lowest quality pipe i know of and the 400ex stock is suppose to be a good stock one so u miight loose some power actually and just gain some db
