Default SMALL plow on a honda recon?? will it work

my friend got this small snow plow with this SMALL zero turn mower and he doesnt need it since he plows with his bruteforce and his rancher.. Do you think if i got it for 20-40 bucks and i could mount it on my recon it would be worth it?

ALSO

ok im not getting k&n im getting uni.. I dont ride desert at all so you guys said uni would be better..

i also have other questions..

1. have you guys heard anything about moose hand brush guards?
2. were do i find a hitch kit that will fit my recon this one says to 05 but mine 06?
http://www.hondapartsworld.com/cyclecountryhitch.aspx
3.Also wat type of handle grips do you reccomend? ive looked at spider and gel ones on ebay??
4. LAST ONE ok i was thinking maybe next summer about getting a slip on exhasut? like fmf or big gun? What others do you recommend for a recon?
I want one that isnt extremely loud, can be louder than stock but you get my point?

Buckbilly, what tires do you have on you Ozark? I also own an Ozark and am planning on buying a plow for it. I have Interco Swamp Lite tires on mine.

How much snow do you think you can push with the little 250?

Thanks!!

P.S.-I think they should make the Ozarks and Recons in 4x4. They'd make a GREAT little machine. They're good now, but with 4x4......ohhhh yeahhhh!

For wieght to be used to it full potental it needs to be on the hitch so its fully on the tires.
The reason 250's are not 4x4 is could the Rancher , 350 Grizz, and etc.

Too bad about the 4x4 thing.

My dad's friend had made a box for his hitch to put blocks of lead in. He said it worked great. But he made the box out of metal and he has a welder...I don't...

I actually try making mine out of wood, considering my dad is a handy man! If that doesn't work out, I'll just load my 135lb. friend on my rear rack. He's gone on it before and the shock still doesn't bottom out, until we hit a big bump. lol

I put a 60 lbs plate with a bolt welded to it and put the bolt threw the hitch like a ball receiver.Works better than weight on the rear rack.
