MY nephew just got an 08 250ex for x-mas and after the first ride, I noticed the seat wasn't properly latched. After some investigation, I found the latch hook wasn't going down far enough to meet the stiker bar. I know that I've seen posts about 450 hondas having problems with the seat flying off. I know this quad has a 6 month warranty, but the local shop is stating they're 2 months behind. Anyone else had this issue, if so, how was it resolved? The only ideas I have are bending the stiker bar up, or grinding some metal off of the latch hook. thanks in advance

 

I have a 2005 250EX and the front of the seat wasn't going into the groove. I put a screw with a washer on it so the washer goes into the groove. It worked pretty good.
