Where can I buy the 2008 white 400ex plastics and then get a conversion kit for a 2004 400ex?

 

Any dealership can get the plastics for you. I'm not sure if anyone makes a conversion kit though. The mounting points are different so you wold have to fabricate something yourself. It can be done though,I've seen people on other forums that did the conversion.

 

I recently had the exact same question, posted a topic, waited, and pretty much came up empty. As a matter of fact someone else posted a topic and I responded to them just as I am you. But from what I've found, it can be done, but it would take fabricating. I was told there was a kit to convert the plastics, but wasn't told where to buy it. If I were you, I would avoid all of the hassle and get a nice set of maier or laker custom plastics.

Troy racing has the whole kit, plastics and brackets for around $500 on ebay.
