ok i just got a 2002 400ex, it has nothing on it but a k&n filter

how much of a difference would it make to get a full exaust or just a slip-on

keep in mind i am not going to cam it or put a performance crank or anything like that in it

what do you guys recommend getting a full system or just a slip on

is it really wort the extra $250

 

Since you're not planning on going into the engine a slip on is sufficient.

 

I agree if you are not going to bore it or put a cam in it. White bros. had a good slip on, athough the product was iffy at best. They were bought buy a high $ over seas company and I heard quality was improved.

 

yea the 400 has a really good head pipe already
