94' 300ex hard to start.

Default 94' 300ex hard to start.

Yeah, I'm really thinking a need to do an overhaul. I have already checked the valve clearance and there are in spec. It is either a Head gasket or needs rings. Either way it has to come apart so might as well do everything right? That being said, Does anyone know where I can get a complete rebuild kit for it ( gaskets, rings & bearings)?

sounds like a good plan....try atvpowerplus.com I think you should be able to get a rebuild kit for around 125.00 for your machine.....happy trails Maine

I cannot seem to find a rebuild kit at either site. Would you be able to send a link with rebuild kit? I may just be missing it.

You may need to order things seperately depending on what you want included in the kit.
