I have a 1993 honda 300ex. I think it blew up. It started knocking one day so i changed tha cam and rocker arms, an tightend my valves an wat not, but it stopped knockin for a while. It started knockin again a few days ago. I turned it off, now it wont start back, I was wonderin if i could make a toy out of a bigger motor on that frame. I was thinkin like a 400 ex or somethin. Help me out please. I want somthing fast, but safe too...

 

you can rebuild that engine into a 350cc CWR dose the work for $2100 check him out at cyclworksracing.com he uses most of the same parts as Hart Walker use on his 300ex but if thats to much i'll buy the head assembly from you if the price is right

their should be a 0.10mm between the tapet and the valve
but it sounds like their out again thats my problem along with a bad cam and rocks and some striped the holes out that you use to bolt the rocker cover on thats why i need a head i got cam and rockers if those are bad and you want to sell the head
