250x not running rite

Default 250x not running rite

was riding the bike the other day it died sounded like it ran out of gas towed it back it had gas,pulled the plug it was fould,put new one in it starts but spits and sputers any one got any ideas,id appreciate it

probably not your problem, but i have bought bad spark plugs before. just a thought.

Might be your choke ckt. Perhaps the cable/pin into the carb isnt moving when adjusted, and its always choked. Or perhaps your float in your carb is stuck open. Are you noticing any gas running down from the bowl when your atv is shut off?

its not leaking gas,its allmost like its starving for gas,all take it apart and check theks choke than

it does it as soon as you start it,it will fire rite up.just will not run

its probably got trash in it so try cleaning out the carburator b/c like trail buzzer said your float could be stuck it will flood it and make it seem like its out of gas but it should smoke when it splutters.
