Default wheelie mods??

Practice. The 400ex is the wheelie king. My brother could wheelie his at 3mph as far as the opening would let him or, at 30 with ease. Me, not so much. : \ Admittedly I could never get the hang of it.

The 3 basic mods pipe/filter/rejet will give much, more power allowing to get it up in higher gears.

Changing sprockets can give you more bottom power at the expense of top speed.

I could wheelie my 400 when it was stock. Adding the WB full system and the re-jet just made it way easier. I have recently added new sprockets and a chain, went with longer gearing instead of the traditional shorter gearing. I have no problem holding wheelies in 1st - 3rd gear, and 4th I can pull them...but loose the momentum to hold them up at higher speeds. If I got it higher and more towards the balance point, I could hold them all day!
