ok i got asome ques on the started silinoid is it suppose to be puttin a full 12 volts to the start??????? the starter seems like it drags and it is only gettin 10 volts or so... and also why do these atv start so hard!!!???

Yes it should be putting full battery voltage to the starter. I would check the battery voltage, if you have battery voltage on one side of the solinoid and not the other side of the solinoid with the solinoid engaged the solinoid is bad. If you have same voltoge on both sides of the solinoid and not at the starter the cable from starter to solinoid may be bad.

It is not all the ERs that start like that. If you have a fully charged battery and your valves are in spec it will fire up easy.
