history of 250x

how many years were the 250x fourwheelers made.
any other info would be good b/c im working on my senior project for skool and have to write my research paper so please help!!!!

7 years i believe, 86-92. and now they have a new 09 one which would make 8 years. as far as any other info, they last forever lol

6 years, 87 to 92. the first 250x was the 1987 model. then they added a bigger cylinder and electric start. after that it became the 300ex.

cylinder isn't bigger they added a few mm's to the stroke. sounds like a neat project, i wish when i was in school my teachers would have let me do a project like this.
