Default TRX450R upgrades

i've been looking at some upgrades and i got 2 questions

1) I had looked at a dyna programmable ignition and if i use it do i have to rejet?
The link is <http://www.rockymountainatv.com/productDetail.do?navType=type&webTypeId=78&navTitl e=Electrical&webCatId=20&prodFamilyId=9311#vehicle Select>

2) I saw a pulse cgarger exhaust system that says a "vacum" is created, does this increase performance at all or is it BS?
the link is https://www.partsforatvs.com/default...c=496&cn=Power

Any ideas or sugestions would be great!!
